Question:

What do i do about me not wanting to participate in this really hard running excercise?!?

i dont want to do those pliametrics that a raelly fit teacher is doing.I AM REALLY ATHLETIC BUT IT IS JUST REALLY HARD! I am not part of the team that is doing but they still make us do it !

  1. Grow some balls and do it.... Lol Just playing... I know this isn't what you're looking for BBBUUUTTT......... Just don't do them... you should do running excercises instead I prefer them and recommend them.... You should either do suicides ( I actuallly don't mind them but everybody else hates them =) ) or run ALL out for 30 seconds and then jog marathon pace for a minute or two and then keep on repeating,,,, YOU'LL NEED TO PUSH YOURSELF!!!! But you won't have to for very long they go bye very quickly... Just try it they're good excercises... Remember to always go all-out also, and remember, you can ALWAYS go faster.... (you'll see what I meen when you run them) =)

  2. Suck it up and do it. They will not hurt you, and if you are really athletic, they will only make you strong. And by doing them you might actually have a chance of being part of the team next time. They will help and are very helpful. If you do not want to do them then why go in the first place?

  3. Crush some chalk in water and drink it.

    It will give you temporrary fever, and you'll be excused on health reasones.

    Go see a movie in the mall.
