What do i do about my bald Hens?!!!?

I have a flock of 10 hens and 1 Rooster. Lately i've notest almost all of my hens loosing ALL of their feathers on their backs some even with scabs and scars! I'm pretty sure its the rooster but i can't seperate him, so i was wondering if anyone know any alternatives(Other than murder him). I'm starting to get worried about my girls.

If it's the rooster, which it probably is, then I would separate him.  Why can't you?  He's being a bad boy!  lol

It may not be the rooster.  Sometimes, birds will pluck their own feathers as a way of regulating their body temperatures.  Is it too warm?  Birds also pluck their feathers because of malnutrition.  Just to iron out these possibilities, try to make sure that their diet is appropriate, and that the temperature isn't too high.
