Question:

What do i do about my blender now?

i just realised the jug was cracked all the way to the base as well as the wiring being wonky on my new morphy richards blender. do i demand a refund? i dont want another d**n blender like this and its the only model they make. or should i give up and go buy a non morphy richards. oddly enough they sent me this blender to replace an old obsolete blender i had that got broken. grrrrrr. what should i do? thanks

  1. Send it back to them, after you get a new one sell it on ebay and buy your self another one from a different brand, or demand a refund as it isn't the first time this has happened.


  2. If it is still new return it and demand a replacement or a refund.

    I have heard that Morphy Richards are a good brand, so they will probably take your complaint seriously.

  4. You are fully entitled to a refund!! I know it shouldnt happen, but the odd faulty one does slip through the net in this day and age!!

  8. get ur money back ring the company u have rights if u get no where u can get advice and even people to act on ur behalf CAB x
