What do i do about this guy??

okay so the story goes like this.

I met this guy (he started talking to me) we get closer and closer and he tells me he has a girlfriend. so i was hurt. but he didn't want her and want me. so my friend and also his friend got involved and told him to take a few week break to make his mind clear.

So he finally pick and he picked me! He dumped his girlfriend!, but he never asked me out. and i texted him about stuff. and he said oh you dont like the who friends with benefits thing. i was shocked and told him i wanted a relationship, and now he wont talk to me.

i dont know what to do!! Do i wait for him, or just move on!

Let's see:  he had to choose between you and another girl (which shows he didn't care that much for either of you).  Then he "picks" you but never asked you out?  Uh huh.  He doesn't want a relationship, at least not with you.  The fact that he even mentioned friends with benefits should tell you that the two of you are looking for entirely different things.  Steer clear and don't wait for him or anyone else.

You could adopt a wait & see attitude. Maybe he doesnt want to go dive into a relationship just yet.

Just move on because it seems to me that he just doesn't want a relationship.  If he does then suggesting that the two of you should be friends with benefits was not the right way to let you know that he wanted you to wait on him.  Don't waste your time on someone like him...
