You can explore the option of doing your Masters in Home Science depending on the scope of that subject.

Wow, you still HAVE a degree in home science? Most colleges in the US have eliminated this degree. You could become a dietician to teach others how to plan proper meals with balanced nutrition. You could also teach any of the skills you learned in your classes. Hopefully, India offers more job options with this degree than the US does.
