What do i do first pay the down payment on american homeschooling? i am confused?

when do you pay the monthly payment? like when to start?

There are no fees for homeschooling.  You spend what you choose for supplies, and living expenses.  

If you are enrolling in some correspondence school then I suggest you inquire with their admission department.
