What do i do for my taxes?

So i live in Florida and i understand that if i ship an item to someone in LA, I dont have to charge them sales tax...So how do i handle that on paying sales tax and my income taxe at the end of the year? thanks.

As far as your income tax, it's the same as any other sale.  

For your sales tax return, if there's a line to exclude some sales, show it there, otherwise leave it out of total sales.
