What do i do i have a cingular 8125 smart phone and every time i try to charge it it does nothing ?

i thought it was the battery so i bought a new one and put it in and the phone turned on and was working till the new battery died and it wouldn't charge again and i didnt drop or any thing just one day it decided not to charge please some one help

See if it will charge while it's USB connected to the PC. If it does, the charger is bad.
