take a walk and CALM DOWN.

Take a cold shower to make u refresh d 2 take the germs off, wear some nice clean clothes and have a nice walk in the park, dint go back home until midnight. try to do lots of things like go shopping, buy some clothes, munch somfing in a restaurant, pub, disco if u want, dance wiv sme girls,

and trust me, when u get home u'll feel much more better..........
