  1. complain to the higher authorities

  2. don't get mad,i had that problem in school,my dad pulled my teacher out of the room by his neck,i had trouble w/ him  for 4yrs, ask the princible for a meeting w/ the teacher, and calmly tell him the problem and see if its personal or is it another problem, that your there to try your best to come to a dicision as to what the next step is going to be,,,let him talk...as a parent, you can tell if its the truth or not,if not, you are headed for the board of education to find out what can be done.

  3. have a conference with principal & teacher.  if it continues report to board.  change teachers if possible or schools.

  4. Report the teacher

Under no circumstances confront him/her without a witness

    (Higher authority such as principle)

Theres no excuse for a full grown adult to bully a child/teen

    I hope he/she gets fired :)

  5. Let the teacher know that your are 100 percent behind your child and protect your child anyway you can.

  6. First, make sure that is really the case.  I have students who charge that I and others are picking on them when actually they are just not doing their work.  If it is real, then discuss it with the teacher first.  That may be all that is necessary.  If that doesn't work, go to the principal.  Remember that every student can't have 100 percent of the teacher's time.  In some classes there are 30 or more students.  Every child must have an equal amount of the teacher's time, resources, and attention.

  7. Have a conference with the teacher.  If the problem isn't resolved after that, take you issue to the school principal, and then if nothing improves, the school administrator.

  8. You child has a right to education without intimidation.  I would immediately call your principal and ask for a meeting with the teacher and try to clear the air there.  This actually happened to my son in fourth grade.  When that doesn't work ask for the class to be changed.  No results, go the special ed director, then to the superintendent.  You need to follow the chain of command first.  If that doesn't work file a complaint with your department of education. You'll get results.

  9. Report it ASAP.

Bullying a student is wrong. Plain and Simple.

Go to the guidence office and demand you child be removed from that class.

  10. Tell tha priciple or switch skools.

  11. Many routes to take here.  As a parent myself, I'm inclined to say go in and tell the teacher you're aware of the problem and it needs to stop....OR you'll have to take furter actions.  You could complain to his superiors...  Most importantly... Make sure your kid knows they don't have to be subjected to the man's bullying.  Give him/her lots of support.

  12. i would go to the school bord

  13. More info please

  14. Go to the school and I mean go to the school---a phone call isn't worth a penny.  When you get there insist on filing a complaint form against the teacher.

  15. get a lawyer and sue him that could be considered abuse but first make sure its bullying not teasing
