  1. he first step to learn anxiety panic attack relief is to believe that you have the ability to take control. Anxiety disorder is not a disease it’s a state of mind that can be controlled. The body responds to the messages sent to it by your mind, even if the situation is totally safe but your mind interprets it as unsafe, your body will respond to what you think.   Read more here

  2. i have panic attacks all the time.

    and have so many tricks.

count backwords from 99 if you start to have one.

but don't stop until you get to 0.

if you don't have time for that.

try thinking of happy things, or memories. maybe listen to an upbeat song.

think about why you are having the panic attacks, where they are happening what you were doing or thinking about before you have them. then you can try and elimate the element, or not think about those things.

honestly, i would suggest telling your parents. i told mine a few months ago, and i was put on medicine, that helps for the most part. it doesn't get rid of it completely.

    hope that helps:]

  3. If you have another panic attack, don't panic. See site below to cure it with tranquility, peace of mind and calmness. PEACE!

  4. hi, anticipating that you are going to have another attack will probably most likely make you have another one.

remember this, nobody has died from one, and they usually only last about 15 minutes.

put on a timer for 15 minutes when it starts.

tell yourself that you will get through it, i know it can be like h**l, but remember ALOT of people have them, and breathing is very important, go to the bathroom, have a poo, it helps, also jump in the shower and relax and breathe, the better you breathe the better you can get through it.

you should tell your parents, they can help  you. this is not something to be ashamed of, so many people have them you would be very surprised.

a dr can help you by giving you some medicine to take every time you feel one coming on, or you can get on someting that will eliminate them alltogether.

    good luck

    you are not alone

  6. Nothing more to do except BREATHE and listen to music, read a book and shift your mind to something else to numb out the panic attack it's what I do whenever I go through one...you just have to bite the bullet and tough it out and know and    " remind yourself that what you're fearing won't be that bad    "  and shall pass in as little as 15 minutes.

  7. Calm down and take deep breaths...Inhale and exhale many times...Let your whole body relax. When I have a Panic Attack, I listen to music and write; I let all the emotion, feeling, and thoughts come down on paper. I've been dealing with Anxiety/Depression all my life and I found many ways to cope. Why are you angry? Talk to someone who cares if you have no one to talk to; You can talk to me if you like...I have a lot of things I want to get off my mind as well. You probably will have to be placed on medication; Just relax. Please let your parents know; Don't hide this from them.

  8. the worst part of a panic attack is, worrying when the next one will hit.  Then you start avoiding places that you had a panic attack in the past, or if you associate a certain common symptom (like heart burn) with the onset of a panic attack..

You need to tell your parents, just let them know your symptoms.  They can take you to the doctor and get you on an anti depressant/anxiety medication as well as an as needed medication when the symptoms happen (like a low dose of xanax) and you will be able to manage it better.  When people you are close to know what you are going through it will be easier on you, because if it happens while they are around they can support you.

If it happens again, stay where you are and remember it will pass.  They only last 10 minutes.  By doing this, you will feel as though you conquered them and will be less afraid that it will happen again.

  9. Try getting out of the house and going for a walk, taking a shower, drawing or something that will help clear your mind and help get you out of your current surroundings that are making you panic.

  10. I am afraid your only choice is to go to the doctor.  You are going to need to be put on medications to relieve them.

You can try deep breathing, and relaxing, and that might work.
