What do i do if i have to many ?

I have track, bat mitzvah practice, school, hebrew school, and hw to do and i have no idea how to get it all done. how do i get it all done?

Prioritize and then do things in that order.  Remember that you can only be expected to be in one place at a time.  Sooo as long as you are doing something that needs to be done no one will criticize you.
