There is something called dry drowing where if too much pool water gets into your lungs you could drown even after you are out of the water. There isn't much you can do now but try to keep your mouth closed when swimming.

Nothing will happen to you. You will be fine. When I was a child i use to swallow some public swimming pool water. I just coughed it up and i was fine. It burned my thoat some. But i was fine.
