  1. Start cleaning house first.  Use the tools icon above websit, empty browser, delete cookies, delete temporary foldes.  You must be online to contact Windows.  Try access through normal IP.  Turn off computer and restart.  I would go to my home page and try access though Google, your favorites of somehow through search engine and try a link.  Bestof luck.  Windows doesn't have to be loaded in order to make a successful download into another program.  If It doesn, go to your Control Panel and reset browser address.  Turn computer off and restart.

  2. Well lets hope you don't have a whole lot of memories on your hard drive. l was lucky if that's what you want to call it. l had just got it so.... You have just lost access to your operating system. l don't know for sure which bug it was but it's related to the windows antivirus 2008 malware. You won't be able to even install your backup disks. What did work was a Linux live cd but there's no drivers for my printer so l just when a got another hdd. lt was preloaded with a legitimate  copy of windows xp for a minimal fee from a second hand guy. I'm not totally Unexperienced at this yet still none of my protection stopped it. That's a wicked bug and nobody seems to know how to stop it.You just got a learning lesson from the s**t side of the internet.

    Sorry for your loss. RR

  3. next time you have this problem try running windows in safe mode then go to system recovery and go to a previous date from when this didn't happen (assuming you have XP or Vista)

  4. Next time you start up... hold F8 and a screen will popup and press start windows in safe mode and then  do recovery at a day when everything worked fine... hope i helped!
