What do i do if my computer wont start up? I REALLY NEED HELP!!?

Ok, one day i went to turn on my computer (like i always did) , but this time something was wrong, it wouldn't start up!!!! i thounght it was like only a one time thing so i just left it alone for a day or two. Its been a couple day now and the problem still wont go away!! ok so when ever i turn on my computer it always goes to this page where it says start normally, safe mode, restore, and so on. But no matter which one i pick, it always does the same thing. it just returns to the same dumb page. i really dont know what to do anymore, i need to find away to get my computer working again. i have windows xp, but i dont have the disk to restore it. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

will u can do system restore restart you computer and as soon

you restart try to hit the f10 key or f12 you can recover you computer from there aslo you can format you pc aslo from there . aslo go here http://www.techwarelabs.com/guides/misc_... and before you do all that try this first last known good configuration your most recent setting that worked. and hood lock

do u mean after u pick one of those choices it goes right back to the same page of choices? or it goes to another page? like a blue screen or something?
