What do i do if my gums start to bleed again?

i got my 2 wisdom teeth out on wednesday morning so i'm about 54 hours into my recovery.

Last night my gums started bleeding again. It stopped after I used gauze.

And today after I sneezed, the right side of my mouth started to bleed again.

Should I still be icing my jaw? or should I be using heat now??

Also what do I do about the bleeding gum?

Use gauze again?

Please help

I advise you to go to dentist because I don't think this is normal. When I had all of my wisdom teeth pulled out at once at 54 hours my face was just swollen. No bleeding. You might get a infection and that is very painful.
