What do i do if my laptop doesn't load properly?

Every time I turn on my laptop, it takes a long time to load my desktop, and a window written 'welcome to your new dell pc' comes on. All my music, documents, and pictures are gone.

Something didn't load properly and it caused your pc to reboot to the Last Known Good Configuration - when you bought it.

1 - save all your stuff - or , at least, what can still be recoverable: download and run (no install needed) from a flash stick http://www.softperfect.com/products/file...

2 - reinstall using the recovery cd's that came with your pc - if some trial ware is also installed with it remove them now.

3 - remember, what were you doing just before this happened? what program were you using or installing? from now on stay away from it.

4 - to make sure you're not gonna get infected again install and use

press ctrl alt del, (start task manager) and end explorer.exe if there

now go to applications tab, and new task.

type explorer.exe, and it should work
