What do i do if my onyx 4Gb mp3 player freeze up?

after i turned it on i went to the menu to find a song and it just stopped and now its stuck and i have no clue what to do.

Hold the center button and the top button (menu) down for about 10 seconds. Hope that helps.

I got my onyx yesterday and today I had the same problem. I tried to turn it off for ten seconds like the manual suggests, but it did not work.

Instead, I turned it off then turned it back on. While still on, I pressed the buttons randomly. What the guy above me said is what I would do.

Just letting you know it works. :)
