What do i do if my study permit is about to expire and i donot have my quebec acceptance certificate ?

i am an international student in canada , and after high school , the university i got accepted into is in Quebec , so i need a certificate of acceptance from Quebec , im still waiting for it and my study permit expires in 15 days what do i do ...i need urgent help please!

You need to get on the phone with the university.  If it is close by, which it should be if you are going there, then get your butt down there and get a copy.  You will not solve your problem by asking questions on Y!A!
