What do i do if my teacher is taking away marks form me because of my skin colour?

Depends.  If you are in a cookery class, and your skin is changing color because of an infectious skin disease, that would probably be understandable.

Likewise, if you are dropping marks because you have mysteriously acquired a tropical sun tan during a three week period when you claimed you were off sick, that could be another acceptable reason.

Otherwise, (seeing as your friend is in Russia) it may be that he has neglected to slip the teacher a 'present' prior to the test.  Enquire from the succesful students what the going rate is.

I think you should tell someone about it. It's not fair if you get different grades just because of your skin color.

If you can substantiate the allegation, then you should direct a complaint to the head teacher or to the school committee to take disciplinary action against the teacher, because racism is unacceptable in most civilised countries.

nothing, russia is not devolped enough to have regulations like the united states that say what u can and can not do
