  1. I'd just call a plumber. or you can get your hubby to clean out the pipes. there might be hair or something stuck down there. good luck,

  2. You need a rooter. You can rent them or buy a cheap one (which might not work).

Repeat the draino several times - as long as it is going down it is probably helping - try not to dilute (mix) it with water. Wait till all the water has drained before adding draino.

Plunging helps if the clog is "before the vent"

? does water come up in the shower if you plunge the sink?

Have someone hold a wet towel over the shower drain if it does.

  3. sheeese. no one reads these days.........lol. cant afford a plumber. here are a couple ideas..... if your hubby has some Brut.. run your hose down. stick it in the drain as far as you can.. wrap the opening ttttttttight with a wet towel. and turn on the water... this will free alot of drains by itself....the water will force the clog through...the water will want to back...... so remember to hold the towel tight. they also sell a fitting for this at home depot that fills like a balloon to seal while the hose shoots the water at high pressure. there about ten bucks.

if this doesn't work... try a neighbor... borrow a drain snake if you can...

try the toilet first as it will be the easiest to maneuver the hose or snake through and it obviously is the main pipe from there that is clogged. when this clears.... the others should flow freely as well... if not. just repeat.

    good luck

  4. try using a bbq stick to get out all the icky things in your showers and stuff

  5. Sounds like your main drain might be clogged.

The $100 you spend on a plumber will be cheaper than constantly buying Draino and a lot better for your constitution.

    Good Luck

  6. the fitting he is talking about is called a drain sweeper  it screws on the end of your water hose it needs to go in the first  fixture in the line  so water doesn't just come out of the other drains
