What do i do my brother and his wife r accusing me of?

idenity theif and ive never stolen anyone name to scared to do that. he didnt want to hear it he said u can deny it all i want. and now his wife credit is bad. they always play mind games and attacking me. iam tired of it. iam not saying iam innocent but to do something like that thats not me. anyways his wife is very evil and she broke up the to brothers before when she was staying here. how do i get over this? or change my life so problems doesnt follow me. i get scared when cops r behind me when iam driving eventhough iam not driving fast. so help me. it was from 2007 but they just found out that someone open account under her name. they accuse before of forging signature at there wedding and said my cousin did it. anyways her brother did that to her before and someone else has a past of doing evil things like that. iam tired of bein everyone target. iam tring to pay my debt and ave my credit let alone ruing others credit. no sorry not me

If someone took a credit card out in her name then she'll obviously have it investigated by the Police.  Whatever charges have been made can be tracked.  Who knows?  Maybe the charges will end up being made in a different State or something.  That should clear your name.  Other than waiting it out there's not much you can do.  You should just separate yourself from them entirely.  If an investigation is done you will be able to prove your innocence at that time.  For now it's nothing but personal accusations.  Leave it alone.  They're not going to believe you anyway.

I think you have many problems. One is the fact that you have trouble telling the truth. My guess is your brother and his wife know you stole their identity. What they should do is press charges against you. If you are innocent, you will be cleared. If not, you have some jail time waiting for you. You sound like the kind of person that always has an excuse for everything. Try to fix this before the cops are called.

They're doing it to upset you, to make you feel like your below their level.  They probably know you didn't do it.  I have a relative that does things like this to me, they start fights with me all the time over stuff they KNOW I didn't do, and this person always does this when something hasn't been going their way or they didn't get me to do something for them they wanted me to do.  Don't let it get to you.  If you are innocent, forget about it.  Drive on normal speed limit.  He would have to be able to PROVE it before he could take any legal actions, and when it comes to identity theft, it's usually hard to prove on anyone (even the one who really did do it).
