i found an agency and a family....what do i need to do now

you need to go apply to be a adoptive parent, the agency should be able to direct you on the proper procedures. There is an screening process of adoptive parents and everyone that will be in your household. Congrat and good luck

Ok, well I would assume that, if you haven't already, now would be a good time to inform everyone that you have chosen a family.

Next, I would get to know the family. Spend time with them. Get to know their world and let them get to know yours. Invite them to sit in the waiting room during your appointments. Befriend the family and you will have a much easier time giving them the baby.

give the baby up when its born and get to know the family to make sure that its the right family

You also come up with a parenting plan.  That way once your baby is born, you will have the opportunity to make the choice between parenting and placing for adoption.  Years later you could look back and know you fully explored your options which will help a great deal in the grief process if you do go through with adoption.
