its our 3rd practice and i am amazingly sore i cant even raise my arm past my shoulder without it hurting really bad and i can barely move, what do i do?

  1. Try either ice, or taking warm baths to help soothe the pain.  This is something that all football players go through.  The aches and pains never go away because your body is under great impact.  The only remedy is to stay in shape, wear enough pads, and when you are sore ice up or take warm baths.. Also try to find oinments or creams that help with soreness.  Try products such as Icy Hot Patch..  


  2. quit you havent even started two-a-days yet and youre sore.

  3. ICE! Ever see football players get in those big tubs of ice water. ICE! Helps speed recovery.

  5. i felt that way the first time i played go to practice but have a bag of ice on it on your way to practice and goin home

  6. Take a maximum perscribed anmmount of pain killers, ginsing, and caffene and get back out there.

    Oh, and loose the glasses.

  7. You need to start taking ibuprofen and rub some ben g*y on your sore muscles.

    Ask you coach if he thinks ice will help too.

    Don't be afraid to tell your coach and ask him for directions on what to do.
