What do i do to get into real estate?

ok so im going back to school...and i noticed that there is a degree program to get an associates in real estate...what can i do with that?and do i still take my bar exam?...theres also a certificate for real estate sales person..so what do i do?..

Get that certificate and take your state realty exam.  Go to work at the nearest realty office.  Drive people around to look at houses for sale.  Get paid when they move into their new house.  Then do it again. /

if an agent, you must complete specific classes, pass their

test, pass the state test, pay for the license and

hand a license with a broker.

you need no degree to become a RE salesperson
