plzz. i want a list of what i sould eat, what sports to do.... and btw, i am very very skinny!!

  1. eat a lot of good foods everyday and then excersize




  2. Here are some essentials:

    1. Eat protein every meal (skinless chicken, turkey, fish, egg whites). Skip the soy. It's been shown to reduce sperm count.

    2. Drink 8 glasses of water.

    For exercise and sports

    1. Boxing-great for building upper body and quads

    2. Push -ups --aim for 25. Once that gets comfortable, go to 35. After that's comfortable, go to a bench press.
