What do i do to keep my hair straight for 2 to 3 days and my other question at the bottom?

Its the start of school and im a guy with long hair and i like it straight but i know its not safe to straighten everyday and i shower everyday so i use a showercap to not get my hair wet but what do i do if my hair gets messed up because i moved around in my sleep too :S pls help

its perfectly safe to straighten it everyday

how long is it? If it's long enough keep it in a pony tail at night...use moraccan oil on it and if necessary hit it with the iron in just the places that really need it
