What do i do to prepare for my class 2 medicals dgca?

well i am intending to become a pilot and am in class XI and dunnoh what to prepare for my class 2 medicals!!!i am scared and have no idea i want to take precautions and get thru it by hook or by crook plz help

Really you have to do nothing.  It is a really basic physical.  Check heart rate, blood pressure, eye sight, hearing, and the sack grab and cough.  Then you pee in a cup and they test it for proteins or something.  Thats about it.  Don't exercise for a couple of days before the medical as it can make you fail you pee test.
