What do i do when i hate the way my captain runs our dance team?

i had tried out for captain of my dance team andi was for sure i would get it. But i ddin't get it because my leaps aren't as good as another girls. It makes no sense because she can't lead a team or come up with any choreography. I Choreographed our home routine and she still can't even remember it. Shes always in teh background. Just because her technique is better she gets to lead the squad. I've decided already that im not even gonna help the team any more. If thats who the coach has chosen to lead the team then let her figure out the dances. Even if we suck, im not giving any help to her! what should i do to get justice for this? i need to like dethrone her or something!

Try talking to the coach about it...I don't think you should try to 'dethrone her' (lol) because she might feel betrayed or hurt..try talking to her first and maybe you can agree to both hold the captain spot or one of you can be the co-captain...

Work on your technique, talk to your COACH! That captain has no right to lead if she doesn't know what she's doing. Keep working, and helping the team! The coach will notice it and maybe he will demote her and up?mote you!
