And now if i move the back circle part, i can see an indent, or somthing, i just looks like the circle is going through my lip.....

  1. I had the same exact question when I got my lip pierced!

Just clean it as you are supposed to and keep your hands away from it. If your stud is so tight it hurts, you may need your piercer to change it for you.

If your piercing is just the usual amount of swollen and sore, then you should be fine. Labret studs do make a little home for themselves on the inside of your lip. They should not disappear into your lip, but they will make a little cup of skin to rest in. While your stud is getting comfortable, it can look like a thin layer of skin is trying to grow over it. Usually this little bit of skin will give up and fall off. Don't pick or pull at it, just let it do its thing.

A little bit of an indent is fine. And as long as your stud isnt vanishing into the depths of your lip, you're fine.

  2. try a longer bar

  3. It sounds like it's just the pressure of the back on your mouth making a shape in your lip.  THe inside of your mouth is really pliable and that happened to me when I started wearing lip rings with flat backings.

You might want to try and find a stud with a larger pole if it's giving you any discomfort, as loosening the one you have currently might just increase the risk of it falling off.  But honestly it doesn't sound like it's hurting you or your body in any way.
