What do i do with my Reborn baby doll when traveling?

I want to bring my reborn baby doll with me to my grandmother's but i don't know what they would want me to do with her through security. I really want to hold on to her through the flight. What are the standards with traveling with a baby doll that is really special?

You'll have to put her through the X-ray machine, which means if you carry her in your arms, you'll have to put her in one of those dirty bins. I suggest bringing a carry-on bag to put her in - that way, you won't need to take her out of the bag, and she'll be in your personal care (no baggage handlers) the whole time.
