  1. You have a little case for them I hope.

So, you fill it with solution and put your lenses in there.

Your lenses can NEVER be left out, they will dry up.

How on earth did you get contacts without being taught what to do with them ?

  2. OMG!! dont leave them in a napkin are yu crazy!! yu should have the contact lens cases if you bought the contacts? and if you lost them or something, maybe just put them in a clean container with the solution in it (not water) and make sure it's safe and clean wherever it is. the best place to keep them is the case with solution in it!

    hope that helped.

  3. I agree with Footprintz, how did they let you have contacts without training you, they should have given you a starter kit with a contact lens case and a small bottle on saline solution.

Well anyways you cannot leave your contacts out in a napkin is unsanitary and like everyone else said they will dry up. So make sure u put them in a case over night with solution so they can be disinfected.

  4. You HAVE to fill the container full of contact lens solution, take one contact out with a clean hands and put it in the palm of your hand with some solution and gently rub back and forth, then put it in the CLEAN container and close the lid. Repeat for the other lens. Put your case in the dishwasher once a week, replace it every three months and in the morning when you put your lenses in, dump the solution out of the case. You need fresh solution every day. If you leave the contacts on a napkin they will dry out and look like clear cornflakes, would you put a cornflake in your eye?
