What do i do with reserves and starters when football begins?

i have account on nfl fantasy.com so im new to this stuff i want to know is what do i do with the reserves cause my starter are durable and stuff and are pretty much gonna have solid seasons so explain

  1. Your reserves are simply warming the bench and waiting to get some quality playing time...i.e. if a player gets hurt or a player is on a bye week.  You then would go to your bench like any real coach would do to fill the position.  This is why you own the team and tell the players what to do.  Have fun.


  2. You switch reserves to starters when the starters get hurt or have bye weeks (do not play on the schedule that week).


  3. I use benchers as leverage in trades.

    Throw a (top line/"big name") bencher with Carson Palmer and offer them BOTH for Tom Brady (I actually got Brady this way,,my

    "big name"bencher was Jamal Lewis.(He wasn't going to play much behind Gore+Westbrook anyway.) 2 for 1 trades weaken your bench,

    but strengthen your starting lineup.And you can usually find decent

    talent,or young sleepers off of waivers to replentish your bench.(I replaced J.Lewis with Julius Jones;who I think is an adequate "bencher".~~~G{}{}d Luck!
