What do i do with teleserve?

I have already put in my waiting week this year and when i called teleserve it said press 1 to claim weeks of unemployment and then it says press 2 to reopen claim. What one do i choose? i pressed 2 and then it expected me to call 2 weeks later which then id get my check 3 weeks from today.

You do not want the UX system to disallow your claim.  

  

There is no harm in speaking with a live person.  If you need the number for a direct contact, go to the yellow pages online.  Make the call before the week is out.   Please!
