What do i do with the virus?

Question

My antivirus (Avast Antivirus) found a few viruses

so i put them in the chest

now i dont know weather to delete them or to keep them in there?

another thing...if i keep them in the chest is my pc not infected?

because if it isnt should i just keep them in there?

delete them and reboot/scan again to be sure they are gone

Does not matter, if you leave the virues in the Avast chest or remove them they will no longer be in your system.  Of course any new ones you get will either be cleaned or go into chest.
