What do i do with these dogs?!?!?

my daughter brought home two dogs last week. one is an older beautiful mini dachshund and the other is a kind of tan and black speckled puppy mutt.the truth is i don't really want them, and she cant return them because they were given away.i took them to my local animal shelter and they said they could not take them.where should i go to give them a new loving home near me in the woodlands tx?

Why don't you give them a chance? You never know, you just might grow to love them. The only thing I can think of is maybe run an ad in your local classified section. Just don't put free in the ad. Those ads tend to attract bad people.

Go to www.petfinder.com and look for rescues in your area. You can also post the dogs on that site.  Good luck.
