What do i do with this white head i have?

so like yesterday i woke up with a white head on the tip of my nose.

i don't have any zits, blackheads, whiteheads, or anything else like that on my face.

what do i do to it?

If it is under a thin piece of skin, take a needle and dip in alcohol, pick it and either poke it out or lightly squeeze it out.  Then dab with alcohol.
