  1. just be prepared, bring more than enough pads/tampons than what you need, so there's always something there when you need it. if you have cramps, then make sure you don't forget your pain killer or heat pad

  2. Bring lots of pads or tampons, wear dark trousers and ask a friend if you have a leak every few hours. You'll be fine.

  3. wear pads ALL the time! sleeping on your side helps, cos you won't leak in bed, um.... dark coloured towel and sleeping bag, so you can't see blood spots, just in case. Maybe bring a plastic bag, and Extra pads (or tampons) you don't want to run out!! Just have fun, hon! It'll be okay, you've no idea how many girls going on the trip probably have the same problem! xox

  4. just make sure u bring lots of pads/tampons and change them at least every hour or so

  5. Always wear a pad, even when your period isn't here yet. So this way, when it does come, your protected! And also bring a good supply of pads, tampons, extra underwear if you need it. Dark pants are good too, and a sweater, in case you leak, you can tie it around your waist so now one can see.

  6. just wear dark pants and bring an extra pad with you!

  7. just bring tampons/pads.

on the day you're supposed to get your period, wear a panty liner.

    good luck =)

  8. get an every day pad. Or a normal pad.. :S

  9. Ask any of your friends if they are having theirs, and remember to bring lot o' pads/tampons, and wear a pad before you get it so if you're class is out and about you don't have to worry as much, and change it every time you can. And wear darkly colored pants wear if you do 'leak' it won't be that noticable.

  10. Ive had problems like this, since i dont wear a tampon, id wear a pad even if my period didn't come yet, you never kno so you would rather be safe than sorry.  Also, go to the bathroom a couple of times to check, and if your friends ask y ur going to the bathroom so much, just say sometihng like, "i need to fix my pants"  or something like that.

  11. Bring lots of supplies. And also bring some midol or something for the cramps.
