NOTHING!!!!!!!!  My advice to you would be  to cherish the sleep that you get now!    At four weeks pregnant you normally don't feel anything and just like the people before me said, most people don't even know they are pregnant at this time.

well most women dont even know there pregnant at this time so you shouldnt really feel eny different, but u might start to feel nausea in a few weeks, get ready for that its a real drainer make sure you eat plenty of fibre .  and drink plenty of water.

I didn't notice anything I felt like i was going to start my period, I had all my normal cramps and by b***s always got sore around that time. But get a week by week pregnancy book it's pretty good at answering all my questions
