  1. i used to have baby frogs as well, yes, the crickets are too big for them to be eating even if they are the small "pin-heads". feed them fruit flies. i know it sounds dumb but do it. i have had frogs for 10 years and they work for the little ones. go to your local pet store, Petco definatly has them, and ask for a thing of fruit flies. get two though. there will be green "****" at the bottom that is theire food, so try to take the one that is the brightest, that means its the freshest. but buy two so that the second bial has time to reproduce while they feed on the first one. they way you feed them is you open the container slightly, just alittle off-center and leave it in the tank. you can also try mealworms, but make sure the are extremly tiny. and good luck

  2. Ask for smaller crickets when you buy them.  The toad would probably eat ants and other small bugs.

  3. lol where do you find nickel sized toads

id say feed him smaller bugs like mayflys or just small flies or get teeny tiny crickets other then that if that doesnt work ask the people at the pet store they'll probably help

    hope this helped ;)
