  1. wow..

  2. well u are going to have to spend on them because u are afraid of insects

  3. If you really want them to live, you will release them where you found them.  They were doing perfectly fine on their own before you came up and randomly forced them to depend on you, and you don't even know what to do with them.  What makes you think you're doing them any favors?  You can't keep a pet without spending money on the things it needs anyway.

  4. They're frogs not monkeys! If you don't want to spend money on them let the poor things go so you don't starve them.

  5. um........ u r going to have to spend money on them. or let them go.  if u keep them, get them a little plastic cage w/ a top and some freeze dried blood worms form wal-mart. i did! i kept mine alive from tadpole to adult and had them for almost a year. they'll be better off if you put them by a lake or pond though.

  6. i think you should let them go as you cant care for them, and they are wild. just go buy some frogs that were bred for captivity and buy them crickets from a pet shop- you will have to spend money, otherwise the frogs will die. Frogs eat insects so you will have to touch them.

  7. you should try to take them to a fly infested place theyll eat flies

that should help while you try to make money

  8. "i dont want to spend any money on them and i dont want them to die"

Then you should release them where you found them.

Frogs eat insects and other small invertebrates. They don't eat "banna" or lettuce- how ridiculous, american jumping bean!

  9. Frogs eat crickets.....and 'ewwwwww' from me too, but crickets are frog's main food. i was at petsmart a few days ago buying some algae eater food and hamster food, and when i was looking at the fish, there was this table thing with a cricket box, and some cans with cricket paste or something..i think its food for the frogs...im pretty sure a big petshop like petco or petsmart would have something like that...if they dont, maybe ask them what other foods besides crickets frogs eat.

Try feeding the frogs some damp bread, cheese, something u think might work.

The best thing is, is to let them go. Frogs in the wild find food just fine...... the only thing that will put them at risk in the wild is a predator, like a bird or a snake, or weather....

    Im not a frog expert........but i know a little

  10. keeping wild caught frogs/toads is cruel here's why

ok some wild caught (WC) frogs just die im captivity no real reason it just happens add this the number that die from stress stress related disease then ur hitting quite a high number. also wc frogs have shortened lifespans stress related behavior disorders and tend to get ill easy. wc almost never have a good quality of life its cruel to the animal.

Frogs arent as easy to keep as some people think, i dunno who this culture has emerged that thinks frogs are as easy to keep as fish but there not they require specific care

finally disease and parasites are an issue. some frogs carry disease that can be passed onto humans but the main risk is to other frogs. when frogs are placed in a tank together disease can run writhe making both frogs ill and making for an unpleasant environment add this too there lowered immune system due to the stress of being snatched from the wild and u have a recipe for disaster

Frogs and toad arent toys they require specfic care diet (of which most will only eat live insects there are no toads that eat fruit) and can cost alot of money. put them back before u kill them. you clearly arent mature enough to keep them.

if you really must have a toad (which i hope to god u never keep another animal again) do your research then get all the equipment needed then buy your toad from a pet store like normal sensible moral people

  11. lettuce.  I'm raising tree frog tadpoles, and I did research.  All frogs are herbivores, so feed them lettuce and other leafy vegetables.  Cold.  If you boil them, they lose nutrients.

  12. Let them go,you don't know how to take care of them, you are only going to kill them.Do you know how it would be to starve to death!(didn't think so)LET THEM GO!!
