  1. bring your drivers license, birth certificate, and social security. but make sure not to lose them!

  2. Lot's of money you're gonna need it

  3. Your ticket.

    Bags.

    Proof of ID.

    Passport.

Do NOT bring what Catherine D said.

  4. passport is a must. also don't forget to bring valid IDs plus pocket money.

  5. If you're an American citizen you don't need to carry your passport to go to Vegas. ID and ticket voucher is fine.If you're taking only carry on luggage do check in and print out your boarding pass on line. One less line to stand in at the airport.

  6. you don't have to bring anything else.  you're going on vacation don't bring all your personal records, you may end up losing them.

  7. No, you don't need a passport.  You do need a valid government issued photo ID if you are over 18.  If you have an electronic ticket, check in on line at your carrier's website and print your boarding pass.  If you're not checking bags - you can head right for security and bypass the ticket counter.

Don't forget to put any liquids or gels (under 3.4oz) in a quart size zip lock bag. - (they usually have these at security).  Anything larger has to go in your checked luggage.

Have a great time in Vegas - and don't miss the roller coaster at New York, New York!!
