  1. There is no such thing as an "international" stamp. Each country has its own stamps... The postage necessary for a letter depends on its weight and envelope size....

Your best bet is to take the envelope to your local post office and have it weighed.

The rates are the same for certain areas of the world...for example the rates for all of Europe are the same, this evidently includes Spain along with all other european countries...

There is a regular rate...for example all envelopes weighing no more than 20 grams will use the same amount of stamps.

By the way, the envelopes are not stamped "AIR FORCE"...they are stamped AIR MAIL...

  2. from the USA all international mail has to be weighed and then stamped with AIR FORCE on it...

found that the best way of doing this as I post a lot of stuff to the UK and that way I know I have got it all correct and the stuff gets there without any problems.

  3. it's not an international stamp. you can use US stamps, just put enough so that it will get there! you can go to the USPS website and it will tell the minimum postage you need to send it to different countries.
