a "hacker" isn't so much someone who knows how to crack passwords. they are someone who knows how a computer works and how to manipulate a computer to do what they want. to become a "hacker" you need to spend the time learning about computers, and i mean spend the time. to get the ball rolling Google "ARP poisoning" its a basic skill. You can't just download a few tools and go off changing grades, owning peoples computers and stuff it takes the patience to learn how computers work. And there isn't a certain site to go to that has everything, it takes you spending the time learning how a computer works.

1. Learn computer programming

2. Have know life and spend all your time on the computer

3. Become a real jerkoff who has nothing better to do

then create malicious programs and try to hurt other people.
