What do i have to do to get yahoo 360 profile?

and how do i upload pictures on to it?

Go to Yahoo home page when you are logged in with Yahoo email.  Go to the edit photos section and an upload button will be there for you.  Use the mouse arrow and open some options when you are within this screen to upload the photo, be it disc or in some folder.
