  1. contact your LL. it's likely he put your belongings in storage.

(I'm not familiar with Bondi though, sorry)

    good luck.

  2. You need to contact the real estate agent that you were paying your rent to & advise them of what happened they will have your items in a storage centre of which you will need to pay for.

  3. You should have spoken to your landlord first, he probably thinks that you have abandoned your apartment, sometimes they keep the assets for a period of 3 months, then sell them, but if you made no plans with them beforehand, they will claim what they can to recover the costs, put yourself in the same position, someone is renting your unit, then suddenly they are gone no explanation, they are losing money that they need to recoup for the owner, you should have tried to get a friend to stay there and pay rent while you were gone, or if you dont like that option, try to sort it out with the manager before you left, dont wait till you get back, cause look whats happened and hes within his rights, maybe approach him and see if you can rectify things, if they are gone then sorry, but they're gone and you dont have a leg to stand on, next time be more thoughtful about everything, goodluck, you will need it! :)
