What do i have to do to work in juvenile hall?

i don't know why, but i really want to work in juvy, i feel like i need to work there... i want to be a math teacher there, but i still need the education and certifications to do that, but for now anything will do, i feel this urge to help the youth, maybe just to hold bible lessons, anyone know where i can start? how can i get the job, right now i work in retail, im 19, female, and retail is the only thing i know.... what should i do?
