What do i have to study in University / College to become a chef and open my own restaurant later on?

I'm still in highschool. (last year)

I'm taking culinary classes, english classes, math classes, history . Anything i need to take on my last year of Hschool?

And what should i take in University and /or COllege

For what to do in high school just take classes that will assist in getting into what ever college you like, this includes ACT/SAT courses if you feel the need.

At college i believe a business degree would go with your goal, but be careful the better business schools are very selective. although this route might make becoming a chef harder. if you go to a culinary school then having the knowledge to start a successful business can be hard.

You need to decide which part of your goal you'd like to start working on first then go from there.
