you can fly in southwest for under $400. Once you get there i would recommend spending $40 on a week long metro ticket to get around. Pick up a metro map and it is really easy to go anywhere in the city.

Until you turn 18, your parents or some responsible adult.  And in that case, said responsible adult(s) will be worrying about the cost and what you will need to get there.

The major thing you need is permission from you parent or guardian.  Otherwise you won't be able to travel on a plane, train, or bus.
