  1. you need brushes, hoof pick, halter, feed bucket, lead rope and if your going to ride ride him/her you will need a saddle, bridle, saddle blanket if your talking about the spuare bales go anywhere from 4 to 15$ depending were you live you will also need someone to trim your horses hoves hope that helps :]

  2. a million dollars?

  3. You can see how much hay is in the paper.  It needs grain, grass, and water.  It needs attention and it needs to have this stuff every day.  You can groom it and bug spray it too.

  5. you will need an abundance of time as your paddock is small you would have to clean it dailyso for sarters a pitchfork and wheel barrow and a place to put all the poo (in your garden or just in a pile out of the way), you would probably be spending around 200 dollars a month and that is including basic feed like hay and a simple mixed grain feed, dentist and farrier bills, but not vet bills as they vary greatly. other than that, saddle, bridle, saddle blanket, rugs, brushes and hoof pick, halter, lead rope, and float boots or leg wraps if you are planning to travel. good luck hope this helps.
